Samsung is going to be launch in the first quarter of the next year. They traditionally launch it in last days of the first quarter. But this time, Samsung wants to recover from Galaxy Note 7 phase. So, according to the news, Samsung wants to launch their next flagship sooner than expected.
Samsung will be launch on 26th of February, 2017. Samsung wants to create hype for their next Samsung Galaxy S-series so people can forget Note 7 controversy and attract towards Samsung again in multitude. Apart from their launching event of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge they want to create hype and remain in the news during Mobile World Congress (MWC). The MWC event date is 27th of February, 2017. Choosing a day before MWC is a good move by Samsung.

Samsung has had a great start of 2016 with releases of Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge under its belt. But the ‘best’ took a turn and became a ‘worse’ when a major defect in manufacturing of Note 7 emerged.
Samsung has been recalling Galaxy Note 7, but relatively small amount of units caused serious problems for them. It was reported that smartphones had exploded and they caught fire. Samsung analyzed the problem and recalled Galaxy Note 7, but it has been affecting their goodwill in the market.
