According to the most recent reports published in Forbes, the upcoming LG G6 which is set to release during the Mobile World Congress – MWC show will not feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835. Instead of it, LG will feature Snapdragon 821 as Google’s Pixel featured the same last year.

On the other hand, Galaxy S8 will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor. It happens because Qualcomm cannot manufacture this much of processors before April and LG G6 is not delaying its release date.

Whereas, we did a story that Samsung is delaying the launch of Galaxy S8 due to a shortage of Snapdragon 835 processor. It was previously rumored that Samsung would release their flagship on 26th of February 2017 or during the MWC.

If we compare both the Snapdragon 821 and 835 processors, then we must say that Snapdragon 821 is a powerful and accomplished chipset. Though as we enter 2017, it is going to be the outdated one.

Qualcomm already announced about the Snapdragon 835 and it will be faster and powerful if we compare it with Snapdragon 821.

LG had a choice, if they delay their release till April, then they might also feature the Snapdragon, but they decided to release at the MWC event.
