So it was expected that Samsung would release its next flagship during the MWC event like its predecessor Galaxy S7. However, the earlier rumors were suggesting the delay in the release date and those rumors are back again. The latest rumors are predicting April as the month of Galaxy S8 release date.

The news says that Samsung is still recovering from the fiasco of Galaxy Note 7. Samsung is also working with external agencies to regain the confidence of the customers before they finally release their make or break flagship.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 will cost more than current crop price with a reported price hike of 20 percent.

According to the report by Goldman Sachs, they estimate that Samsung consumers can expect up to 15 to 20 percent more if we compare its price to the Galaxy S7. The reason behind this could be enhanced Al digital assistant that Samsung would feature in Galaxy S8 and other raw material costs.
