The Galaxy S8 release delayed by Samsung. The two variants of Galaxy S8 will now be releasing internationally on 28th of April 2017. Previously it was planned for 21st of April. However, many reports are neglecting that Samsung will alter it.

If we look two months back, Galaxy S8 was scheduled for launch on 26th of February 2017 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event. Samsung changed the plan and showcased a teaser of Galaxy S8 which said that the launch date will be 29th of March 2017.

Samsung never officially said 21st of April as their release date. So we should not blame the South-Korean tech giant. We should blame the rumors and speculations which were spread everywhere about the release date 21st of April.

We can only hope that Samsung is extra careful this time because no one will forget the Galaxy Note 7 disaster this early. At least before the success of Galaxy S8. It will be the debut flagship of Samsung after the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco.

We can only wish good luck to Samsung as Galaxy S series fans are eagerly and anxiously waiting for the Galaxy S8 device. The Galaxy S8 launch event is going to take place in New York City on 29th of March 2017. Samsung may also unveil a new Gear VR as well. It will be compatible with both models.
